Postpartum Doula

To help you establish a deep familial connection and feel confident as you navigate the early weeks postpartum I will join your community to provide practical, informational, and emotional support.

• Practical

  • Sibling care, meal preparation, household organization, laundry, errands etc.

• Informational

  • Feeding support (bottle and nursing), baby care guidance (soothing, swaddling, diapering), safe sleep guidance, product safety guidance, referrals

• Emotional

  • Receiving birth story, self-care safe guards, companionship

Fees

$100/hr- minimum of 6hrs
